Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Perform a factory reset to clear your personal data, remove all accounts (like iCloud or Google), and securely pack the device in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  Ship to Our Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
